The rules of the road.

By accessing TaxiSafar Fun.fun, downloading the Taxi Safar Driver app, or booking any service offered by Green Fleet Private Limited ("TaxiSafar Fun", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

TaxiSafar Fun is a taxi aggregator and booking platform that connects passengers with verified taxi operators across India. Our services include:

• Outstation one-way and round-trip taxi bookings.
• Local hourly rental packages within cities.
• Airport pickup and drop services.
• Char Dham Yatra and other religious tour packages.
• Corporate and group travel arrangements.

We act as a marketplace. The actual transportation service is provided by independent taxi operators who have been verified and onboarded by us.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use our services. Bookings made on behalf of minors must be made and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• You receive a booking confirmation message on your registered WhatsApp or SMS.
• The applicable advance payment (if any) has been received.
• A driver and vehicle have been assigned to your trip.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, contact information and trip requirements. TaxiSafar Fun is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

Fares quoted at the time of booking are the final price for the planned route. They include base fare, driver allowance and applicable taxes. Extra charges may apply for:

• Toll plazas, state border taxes and parking fees (paid by you directly).
• Extra kilometres beyond the agreed itinerary.
• Extra hours beyond the agreed duration for hourly rentals.
• Waiting time beyond the complimentary buffer.
• Night driving allowance for trips between 10 PM and 6 AM.

Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking or cash to the driver upon completion of the trip. Online payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.

While using our services, you agree to:

• Treat the driver and vehicle with respect.
• Not consume alcohol, smoke or use any intoxicants inside the vehicle.
• Not carry hazardous, illegal or banned substances.
• Not damage the vehicle. Any damage will be charged at actuals.
• Not exceed the seating capacity of the booked vehicle.
• Comply with all applicable laws during the trip.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip or refuse service for any violation, with no refund.

You may cancel your booking by contacting our support team. The applicable cancellation fee depends on how close to the pickup time you cancel. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

TaxiSafar Fun reserves the right to cancel a booking due to weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will arrange an alternative or process a full refund.

TaxiSafar Fun acts as an aggregator between passengers and taxi operators. While we verify all drivers and vehicles before onboarding, we are not liable for:

• Any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings inside the vehicle.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, vehicle breakdown or road conditions.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Any liability arising from the actions of the driver beyond the scope of the trip.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected booking.

All content on TaxiSafar Fun.fun — including the TaxiSafar Fun name, ST logo, text, graphics, photos, and software — is owned by Green Fleet Private Limited or its licensors and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issue before escalating.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes.
